The journey of one event

  1. You

    An enquiry becomes a booking.

    Log the lead, send an estimate built from your packages, and move it to Won when they say yes. Then create the event and put your crew on it.

  2. You

    Upload the whole shoot.

    Every photo, in full quality or compressed, sorted into folders like Haldi, Sangeet and Wedding. Watermark and downloads are set per event.

  3. Eventik

    Every face is found.

    Eventik finds the faces in every photo you upload. There is nothing to tag, and you can watch it work.

  4. You

    Send one link.

    Every event has two codes: a personal one that shows each guest only their own photos, and a full one for the whole gallery. Send it as a message, a link, or a QR code at the venue.

  5. Your guest

    They open it and take one selfie.

    Your guest opens the link in any browser, makes a free account and agrees to face matching. One selfie with a quick blink check is all it takes.

  6. Eventik

    Their photos find them.

    Eventik matches the selfie against the event and lets them know. Photos you add later are matched too, and they hear about those as well.

  7. Your guest

    They keep the best ones.

    Guests favourite and share their photos, and download them when you have downloads switched on.

  8. You

    You stay in charge.

    See everyone who joined and which code they used. Remove a guest, or make someone a moderator.

  9. You

    Deliver the album. Get paid.

    Publish a flipbook album and it appears in the event for every guest. Record each payment on the invoice until it reads Paid.
