We make the part after the shoot easier.

Eventik is software for photography studios. It runs the business side of a studio, and it gets every event's photos to the people who are in them.

Why it exists

A wedding can end with thousands of photos and hundreds of guests who each want a handful of them. Studios spent evenings sorting folders and answering messages, and guests scrolled through galleries looking for their own face.

Eventik takes that job over. The studio uploads the event once. Each guest takes one selfie and sees the photos they are in. The studio decides what is shared, watermarked and downloadable.

Around that we built what a studio runs on every day: enquiries, estimates and invoices, the team calendar, a portfolio, and the numbers that show how the business is doing.

What we hold ourselves to

  1. Faces are for finding photos.A selfie becomes a set of numbers used to find that person in the events they join. It is never sold, and never shared with advertisers or other AI services.
  2. Prices you can read.Plans are priced in rupees with GST shown separately, and the pricing page compares every feature, including the ones a plan does not have.
  3. Leaving is easy.Cancel any time and the unused days are refunded. Delete an account and its face data is erased within 7 days.
  4. A person answers.Email reaches our team, and we reply within two working days.
